An organization that supports the development and dissemination of innovative industrial systems that enable the production of various kinds of microdevices such as semiconductors and MEMS for high-mix low-volume production.

We will exhibit this year also, as we did in 2022, as the COVID-19 seems to have calmed down in recent years.
Our concept of this time is “Minimal Fab evolving with the developmentof engineers, let’s create the innovative semiconductor industry of the future!” . The importance of the semiconductor industry is stronglyrecognized, but there is a lack of human resources to support it. In this exhibition, we will introduce the advanced semiconductor human resource development program that leads the industry using Minimal Fab.
We will also introduce advanced development technologies such as automated transport systems, minimal PDK, and advanced packagingprocesses.
You can enjoy a circuit design contest using minimal Open PDK, Monozukuri-Taro talk show, and some panel presentations.
